{The Market}

The Farmstead Fair Market, LLC is a TWO-DAY pop-up outdoor market that was established in 2017, which features hand-selected makers, boutiques, artisans, antiquers & more.  

This year, the market will be popping-up in the lot of Rader Family Farms, LLC in Normal, Illinois on August 29 & 30, 2026 from 10am-3pm both days.

The farm is a beautiful location for the pop-up market with its Harvest Brew Coffee Shop and Sidekick Grill, offering custom brewed coffee drinks, homemade kettle corn, sweet treats, lunch menu & more. The activities area will not be open yet, however, the farm makes the perfect backdrop for this special market.

What type of Vendors are at the Farmstead Fair?

We are searching for high quality boutiques, artists, antiquers, jewelry makers, woodworkers etc. If your small business would like to be considered for this unique TWO-DAY pop-up market, please submit the simple application {no obligation or fees to apply}

What type of Vendors are not the right fit for this event?

Please understand that direct sales companies, mlm businesses and service-promoting booths will not be considered. Also, please understand that merchandise must be family-friendly in nature. Food trucks and made-to-order food/drink items are not accepted for this special event, however, pre-packaged food items would be considered. Pets and smoking/vaping are not allowed on the farm. We are not able to offer electricity or public wi-fi for vendors at this time.

*The simple vendor application will require a link to your business website, social media links, previous market experience and photos of your merchandise & booth set-ups. {space fees start at around $100/day}

Approved vendors will be sent a link to the 9 space options and the list of space rental fees. Returning vendors receive a -$20 loyalty discount!

Last year, there were over 500 vendor applications submitted for 100 vendor spaces. Please fill out your application carefully and allow time for your business to be reviewed ❤

>Potential Teen & College Student Vendors: We love to support our next generation makers! “Teen” vendors are considered up to high school age and “College Student” vendors are those balancing advanced education and their small business. Teen vendors will need an adult present during set-up, both days of the market and for tear-down. Teen vendors will also need an adult to co-sign the online market agreement. Teen & Student vendors are eligible for a single 15×10 outdoor space in the main lot. Tents/tables are not provided; items will need to be secured or removed for overnight/weather. The Teen Vendor’s rate is $50 for the 2-days and the College-Student Vendor’s rate is $100 for the 2-days. Sales are not guaranteed, but we can guarantee that their items will be in front of a lot of kind shoppers! More event details will come with approved application.
